Ms. Delisa Hernandez has responsibility for the delivery and implementation of comprehensive drug prevention programmes and initiatives, development of evidence-based public information campaigns and assisting in programme development and design. She facilitates prevention and education services to private and public schools, community groups, parents, private and public agencies, businesses and organisations. Her efforts are geared at presenting to various groups on the issues related to alcohol and other drugs, as a means of bringing greater awareness to substance abuse issues in our communities through direct presentations and media forums. With a background in Film, TV and Digital Media Production and having volunteered with the Cayman’s Youth to Youth programme both locally and overseas for over five years, her experience ensures skilled delivery and implementation of NDC programmes and projects in our communities.
