Find our guidelines and instructions for submitting your recipe below for a chance to be featured in the 2024 Healthy Body, Healthy Mind Cookbook!

Join us on a healthy eating journey by submitting a healthy and delicious recipe for a chance to be featured in the 2024 HBHM Cookbook. Your class is encouraged to create and submit a easy, healthy recipe for either Breakfast, Snack, Lunch, or Dinner.

These recipes will not only promote physical well-being but also support cognitive development, forming the foundation of a healthy body and a healthy mind.

How to Participate

Choose a Category: Decide if you’d like to create a healthy recipe for  BreakfastSnackLunch, or Dinner. You can participate in one or more category!

Guidelines

  • Recipes must include fruits, vegetables and other nutrient dense foods
  • You must submit an original photo of your recipe

Submit Your Recipe: Share your recipe with us by completing the official recipe submission form found below no later than midnight on March 31, 2025.
